個人簡歷摘要

本人于一九八三年二月在中國醫(yī)學科學院協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學獲得理學碩士，畢業(yè)后在協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學從事分子藥理學教學三年后赴美讀博士學位。在著名的分子藥理和毒理學教授 （Boyd P. & Elsie D. Welin Professor） 陳景虹（J.C. Shih）博士的指導下于一九九二年三月獲得美國南加州大學藥學院（USC, School of Pharmacy）藥學博士。研究論文的主要內(nèi)容是首次克隆了人和小鼠的五羥色胺二型受體的編碼基因以及在染色體中的結構。該項研究結果分別發(fā)表在美國神經(jīng)研究和分子腦研究雜志。并與陳教授一起撰寫了五羥色胺受體的分子生物學綜述并發(fā)表在美國 “藥理，生化和行為“ 雜志。

畢業(yè)后本人曾先后在美國三家藥廠從事新藥研發(fā)，參與了多個臨床研究申報(IND) 和新藥注冊申報(NDA)過程， 并積累了19年藥物研發(fā)工業(yè)領域的實際經(jīng)驗，此外在進入美國藥物工業(yè)領域藥物研發(fā)之前還有近10年的分子藥理學, 分子生物學的學院研究和教學經(jīng)驗。

曾參與肉毒桿菌神經(jīng)毒素制劑改良的新藥臨床研究許可(IND)全過程。建立了免疫抗體酶學吸附測試方法。主持了五項藥代動力學方面的研究并發(fā)表了六份研究報告。 該項改良制劑的申請已獲得FDA批準并進入了多項臨床研究階段。獲杰出獎一次。

曾參與第四代治療青光眼藥物Lumigan 的注冊申報。該藥于2001年3月獲得美國FDA 批準上市。在參與研發(fā)過程中，曾合作發(fā)表論文兩篇及申報專利一件。此外還參與了多個滴眼液，眼后置入緩釋顆粒和口服制劑的研發(fā)和申報，參與了多項藥代動力學和毒理動力學的研究并發(fā)表了多份研究報告。獲杰出獎一次。

曾參與兩個治療神經(jīng)性疼痛的口服鎮(zhèn)痛藥物及一個治療神經(jīng)性疼痛的皮下給藥鎮(zhèn)痛藥物研發(fā)(IND)。獲FDA 批準后配合臨床研究進行藥代動力學方面的研究。負責多項藥理和藥代方面的研究。發(fā)表研究報告數(shù)十份。獲杰出獎兩次。

負責新藥研發(fā)平臺項目新藥篩選中藥代動力學方面的研究。先后負責建立了多個蛋白質(zhì)藥物的免疫酶聯(lián)測定方法和方法的規(guī)范化，全部應用于新藥的注冊申報中。負責生物科技藥物的藥代, 毒代動力學研究和發(fā)展, 并領導活體動物影像生物新技術的研發(fā)和在藥物局部擴散領域的應用.

1998-1 -- 1999-5 美國CYTOVIA 制藥公司

曾經(jīng)在美國CYTOVIA 制藥公司任高級研究員。主要從事抗細胞凋亡的Di-peptide 藥物的設計，開發(fā)和臨床前藥理研究。在此期間曾發(fā)表論文兩篇，并申請專利兩件。

主要從事GABA 受體的分子藥理和分子生物學研究。曾成功克隆了多個參與人類細胞凋亡酶蛋白的基因和GABA神經(jīng)受體蛋白基因。首次成功克隆了人GABAa 阿爾法四型受體并完成了對該受體蛋白的基因表達。此表達系統(tǒng)曾應用于藥物篩選。在此期間發(fā)表論文數(shù)篇。

在藥學院分子生物化學實驗室研究工作期間參與了五羥色胺 受體蛋白的分離和提取等蛋白質(zhì)生物化學工作.  自1987年1月開始博士學位的學習.  指導教授為杰出的美籍華人科學家, 臺灣科學院院士, 南加大藥學院獲有終身藥學貢獻的陳景虹博士.  博士學位學習期間所完成的研究論文的題目是”五羥色胺 受體蛋白的基因克隆和基因結構分析”。參加了多次神經(jīng)科學會議并發(fā)表了數(shù)篇研究論文.

1983-1 – 1985-12      北京中國醫(yī)學科學院協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學藥理室

任助理研究員。在著名藥理學家王振綱的領導下從事生物鈣離子調(diào)節(jié)平滑肌的研究. 研究結果曾在中國藥理學會年會上報告.  其間還擔任醫(yī)大學生的藥理教學并從事甲狀旁腺激素的藥理學研究。 指導兩名中國協(xié)和醫(yī)大1989和1990屆學生的科研訓練.  此期間曾發(fā)表論文數(shù)篇。

1980-9 – 1983-2  北京中國醫(yī)學科學院協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學碩士研究生班

就讀于中國醫(yī)學科學院協(xié)和醫(yī)科大學研究生院碩士班, 碩士研究生的導師為中國藥理學界著名的金蔭昌和王振綱教授. 在碩士學位學習期間所完成的研究論文的題目是甲狀旁腺激素對平滑肌細胞內(nèi)鈣離子的調(diào)節(jié)及其機理的研究. 于一九八三年二月獲理學碩士學位
